Bars.....alcohol, and concealed carry are iffy and state laws vary widely. Texas is different in a lot of ways. That being said...............I think the permit holder did the right thing in this case even though he didn't need to take the responsibility. No charges will be forthcoming it seems. Whether or not he was tested for BAC, we may never know. What's done is done. Sooner or later, criminals will get the idea that concealed weapons permit holders are everywhere. Criminals beware.
