Firstly go to tinypic.com/
Browse through your files and pick one to upload. Make sure you select file type [Image]
Proceed by selecting [Upload Now!]
Answer Security Question(could be any number of questions.)
Then Highlight and copy the text under (IMG Code For Forums and Message Boards)

Then paste it into the thread page.
