National Center for Forenic Science, Powder Data base

On one of the facebook pages of another handloading group Somebody was asking about a large number of jugs of open powder they were given. I told them that there wasn't a really good way to visually be sure what powder it is. And it wouldn't be a good Idea to load it. But would do for fertilizer. well there are so many geniuses on line that say use it even though one jug had different written on it.
Just like on TV cop shows. It is interesting and could be use full in comparing the different powders
